A key part of the development of cycling facilities at Kielder was the creation of a new cycle hire centre.
Newcastle based architects Nicholson Nairn were commissioned by the Kielder Partnership to design a structure with a clean contemporary feel to it. The resulting building was constructed close to Kielder Castle Visitor Centre in 2008.
